2024 Waynesboro Wizarding Vendor Application

All items for sale must be relevant to the event theme; event committee will have final say in
vendor selection. Space is limited and applications received by July 15 will be given equal
consideration.

Note:
No vendors will be permitted to sell items containing the name Waynesboro Wizarding
Weekend or anything resembling the characters in Warner Bros. movies of J.K. Rowling’s books.

Info: Vendors will be granted a 10'­by­10' space for pop­up tent, tables, chairs, etc. You must
bring your own table and chairs, signage, etc. You will be permitted to begin setting up at
7 a.m. Vendors in the Main Street Park brick area will have access to electricity and WiFi.

Food: Food vendors are welcome. We will set up a magical food court in the parking area of
Borogon Alley near the activities on Saturday. Generators are suggested for food vendors.
NOTE: Food vendors must be able to accept credit cards; no cash­only food vendors.

Participation fee: Vendors shall pay a non­refundable fee of $55 to be submitted with agreement.
The festival is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Refunds or credit will be
given only if Mainstreet Waynesboro cancels the event.
