After a cold winter, the Chocolate Extravaganza greets spring in style! This fundraising event features decadent chocolate creations by area confectioners, caterers and chefs, live music for dancing, beverages and door prizes. Black tie welcome (not required). Tickets:
$25 per person for the chocolate and champagne only.
$75 per person for dinner and the Chocolate Extravaganza
$125 per couple for dinner and the Chocolate Extravaganza
Online tickets are now available on our home page. Tickets may also be purchased in person at Zoe's Chocolate Co,, Candy Kitchen, Christine's Café, and the Mainstreet office at 13 W. Main St.
Father's Day Weekend Car and Truck Show

Mark your calendars! The bright and shiny downtown car show returns on Father's Day weekend hosted by Mainstreet Waynesboro and the Appalachian Golden Classics Car Club. Registration is $12 on the day of the event. Food, music, pop-up shops and lots of cool cars and trucks. Open to all makes and models. Food vendors needed.
Beer, Wine & Cider Festival

Mark your calendars! Food, live music and plenty of breweries and wine sellers will be featured at the sixth annual event scheduled to be held in the parking lot at Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St.. This year, we are pairing up with the Mad Anthony 10k Run through the Parks.

Join Mainstreet Waynesboro's witches and wizards for a magical weekend in Borogon Alley. Enjoy tea, candy, a scavenger hunt, paint parties, free movies at Waynesboro Theatre and Main Street Park, vendors and more.
Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Crisp fall weather brings Mainstreet's annual Market Day, always on the first Saturday in October. The event features all-day entertainment, including live music, dancing demonstrations, sidewalk sales, children's activities and dozens of craft, specialty and food vendors. Entries in the annual Scarecrow Contest are displayed along Main Street lamp posts.
Tree lighting: Friday, Nov. 21, 2020, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Holiday parade: Saturday, Nov. 22, 2020, 2 p.m.
One of Waynesboro's treasured annual traditions, the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony launches the holiday season in downtown Waynesboro with music and festivities. People gather in Center Square to enjoy live entertainment, a giant candy cane, Santa's "elves" distributing treats to children, hot chocolate and other goodies, and to watch the illumination of the Christmas tree. On the Saturday following the tree lighting ceremony, Santa Claus arrives during the traditional holiday parade.
